Dynafile® Abrasive Belt Tool
Dynafile is the original abrasive air-powered belt tool and the perfect solution to replace hand filing, grinding and sanding in areas as small as 3/8” diameter. The Dynafile offers reliable tool performance and adjusts for a comfortable grip. (Motor specs: 0.5 HP, straight-line, front exhaust and 20,000 RPM)
- Use with 24-inch-long abrasive belts in these abrasive capacities: 1/8”, 1/4”, 1/2” wide
- Grind from contact wheel or platen pad

Dynafile® II Abrasive Belt Tool
The Dynafile II has a low-profile design ideal for working in tight spaces and accepts different size contact arms for endless applications. Its lightweight and ergonomic body styling reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity. (Motor specs: 0.5 HP, 7-degree offset, front exhaust and 20,000 RPM)

Dynafile® III Abrasive Belt Tool
The Dynafile III is ideal for grinding welds, blending and deburring and has more power than the Dynafile II for faster material removal, without losing any of the versatility. If the operator needs to apply more force to the contact wheel, the soft grip handle ensures dexterity and comfort. (Motor specs: 0.7 HP, 7-degree offset, front exhaust and 20,000 RPM)
- Includes 15350 contact arm for 1” wide by 18” long abrasive belts
- Includes high-efficiency rubber drive wheel

Mini-Dynafile® II
The Mini-Dynafile II is perfect for strap polishing and sanding in tight areas. Small and lightweight, the Mini-Dynafile II only weighs 1.7 lbs. and is ideal for small jobs. It can also be converted to a die grinder with an optional collet insert. (Motor specs: 0.4 HP, 7-degree offset, rear exhaust and 25,000 RPM)

Electric Dynafile® II
Similar to its air-powered cousins, the Electric Dynafile II is ideal for sanding, deburring, blending and polishing in your metalworking applications. Perfect for environments where air is not readily available, the Electric Dynafile offers versatility and precision. Use 1/4” to 3/4” coated and non-woven nylon belts.
